Sure, We've All Been There Before...But We Don't Act.

A angry motorist in Sydney plowed through a pack of 50-plus cyclists this morning. The group of riders were in a group of die-hard (probably a poor choice of words) bike riders, some of whom were training for the 2008 Olympics. The bikers were reportedly traveling at a speed of 60km (someone convert!) when they were struck by a driver with a touch of the road rage. The collisions caused a semi-trailer to jack knife while cyclists had to screech to a stop all while cars had to avoid the cyclists. Good times all round apparently...Especially for Olympic hopeful Australian racer Kate Nichols who was also involved in a crash in 2005, this time in Germany, that killed a teammate. No word on if she's still planning on making a run at the game, although, I'd guess probably not.
The article here says police think they know who drove the car and they are trying to get in contact with the driver (that seems a tad bit polite--get in contact with the driver?!).
(For the picture above, originally I searched "bike accident" originally. This was, perhaps, the worst thing I could've done. The pictures I saw, may in fact, haunt me for the rest of my life. Just a warning.)
